Fixed an issue where Bulk User Invite was not working properly for some users after being added, they were not receiving an invite

Fixed an issue where the History log for a document would show multiple entries when a step was deleted through certain means, now the History log shows the correct number of entries

Fixed an issue where a team member could not be removed from a Project Team

Fixed an issue with Bulk Update where Content Manager users with the "Publishing" permission were having their publishing permissions removed whenever any changes were uploaded with the Bulk Update csv; we have added a new column within the CSV titled "Allow Publishing" with the correct fields being "TRUE" or "FALSE". Marking a user's Publishing Permissions as TRUE will only succeed if the user is a Power User (Content Manager)

Fixed an issue where suspended tenants were continuing to receive email notifications for things like Project due dates, task assignments, etc.
