Fixed an issue where Books could not be downloaded as SCORM packages

Fixed an issue where a Cloned Book would open in the Content Editor and the View option would be disabled

Fixed an issue where a Book that is uploaded into a task and opened in the Book Editor, the available action would say "Publish" instead of "Complete Task"

Fixed an issue where some Books would be displayed under the Documents tab within the Advisor instead of the Books tab

Fixed an issue where an imported Book as a task would open in the Content Editor/Viewer instead of the Book Editor/Viewer after the Task is published
